Why should you include sugar scrub into your body?

Sugar scrubs are another trending beauty treatment in today’s society.

Our family, friends, favorite celebrities, and even brands have caught on to sugar scrub.

Although trending, it is within good reason.

The scrubs are made with sugar granules that attach unto the skin to remove impurities. Therefore, leaving the skin looking and feeling smoother than you have ever seen it.

Our skin encounters a lot of “stuff”. These include the gasses floating around in the environment, products that we apply to the skin, individuals consistently touching us, us touching different objects wherever we go and so much more. So, the skin is the most interactive part of the body with the outside world. And as such a lot of dead skin will start to form on top of the dermis layer. Therefore, we usually bathe to remove it. However, there are some particles that are not removed just from a daily shower.

So does it work? Yes, it does!

Here are 4 reasons why you should include sugar scrub into your body care routine:

1. Removes Dead Skin - These are usually naked to the eye so you will not know that they are there. The scrub aids in removing the dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin cells to remove the dirt, impurities, excess oils, and much more. Rubbing the sugar scrub into the skin allows the build-up to break apart so that when you are rinsing, everything comes off. After rinsing, you start to notice that the sugar scrub ……...

2. Brightens the Skin – Yes it does! Usually, when you clean something it will be shiny or clear after. That is the same way it is with our skin because the dirt has been removed. Thus, leaving the skin in a clean state. In addition, the skin can function normally and not being bogged down by product, oils, and/or dirt so it will glow from the inside out.

3. Exfoliate the skin gently - You can also use sugar scrubs to exfoliate the skin gently. Once you apply to your body, you should work in your sugar scrub using an exfoliating tool. This is usually in the form of a brush; however, you can use your hands as well. Ensure to work it in properly for say 1 minute so that the granules can attach to the various particles on your body. As well as, you can let it for another 2 or 3 minutes to ensure that it gets everything. Then, once you are all done rinse. Your skin usually feels softer after using a sugar scrub because naturally, it exfoliates.
